Saket Court Complex started functioning with effect from Saturday, the 28th August, 2010. At present there are 81 Court Rooms available at Saket Court Complex, out of which 68 Courts are functional, Family Court, Delhi Legal Services Authorities Office and various other branches and Lawyers Chambers.

Two Family Courts have been set up adjacent to the Court Complex at the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. Special Rooms have been provided in the Family Court at New Delhi District keeping in view the basic needs and requirements of the children who come with their parents to attend the proceedings.
